Property investment in Sweden Claimed

EUSL has been around for the last three year and we have had an earlier ad here. We are now looking to invest in properties in Sweden as prices due to Covid-19 are lower and businesses are generally struggling. The properties we are looking to invest in could at best be described as resorts with plenty of diverse things to do. We believe in multiple revenue streams and for that we will be using these properties as hotels, education/school, business hubs and so on, creating small stand alone eco systems and a diverse portfolio.

The business earn money from three directions: 1. Hotelbeds 2. School, as we have our own small university we are governmentally funded 3. Long term rent contract via business hubs

95% We have two places in mind and already negotiated the price. Appraised value is just north of ?30M but we have got them down to ?19M meaning there's a lot of overhead. There's at least two more properties we are interested in with the same model and the bank will help us with up to 60%.
