Invest in Tourism in Uzbekistan Claimed

It's unique idea to open an indoor theme park in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. By president's order no. 7041 dd 08.12.2018 to improve tourism in country, I have made this project. It's b2c business. Considering all 4 seasons in our country we are don't have entertainment zones and theme parks, that would run all year around. Moreover, 74% is group age 2-30 year old of the 1.9 mln population (Tashkent city only), that is roughly 1.1 mln of potential visitors.

In accordance with local data, on average there are 1700-2000 visitors per day (from 6 pm to 10 pm) at outdoor parks (late spring - summer - earlyautumn seasons only!!). In our case 365 working days, estimated 800 000 visitors first year × 10$(ticket price), which makes 8mln first year. My marketing plans will allow me next 4 years diversify entertainments in our park to keep customers flow on average 1500 visitors per day. That makes roughly 5.5 mln per year. At the end of the day, ROI of 22.5 mln can be covered within 3.5 - 4 years inc. all taxes.
