The project is aimed at investors looking for a stable investment. The project concerns smaller cottages that will be rented out. The cottages have 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, wifi, TV - they will be suitable for both shorter and longer rentals.

How should the idea/business earn money?

The annual return on investment from 20'000 Euro is 15% of the annual ROI (per house). On the current site you can build 40 houses, so you can invest in more and of course have a higher profit.

At what stage is the idea / business at the moment?

A business plan is created, an investor is needed to start construction.
