Livestock (Poultry) Production Claimed

Poultry farming is my passion from childhood. Poultry business is a very lucrative field in this part of the world. It requires poultry birds(breed of your choice), shelter for the birds, feed production (you can buy already made feeds), security and sales plan. It takes approximately 20weeks for birds to start laying eggs or ready for sale. If you are consistent with your product, you can make a fortune. We have a good weather and raw materials that helps boost feed production and health condition of poultry birds.

I also have a plan in place to sell Broilers to big super markets and restaurants who mostly depends on importation. There is a huge demand for livestock especially eggs in Ghana. This is due to the fact that most youth crave for cooperation jobs and health sectors living the few old people to be concentrating on the Agricultural sector. So productivity is not enough to suit the demands.

My objective is to start on a small scale to build a solid and consistent production skill and supply chain. But the future is a very bigger picture. I will introduce more enhanced equipment and technology for mass production. I want to be the biggest poultry farmer in West Africa.
