It's a book exchange platform that enables book lovers to exchange their well read books for new titles by paying only for shipping

How should the idea/business earn money?

The business makes money by having a small mark up on shipping for packing and convenience- for e.g : we would make approximately $2 / airway bill. India?s book publishing market is over usd 20billion. If you were to consider an addressable market of 250 MN households in India having an average of 4 books to exchange each, we are looking at over a billion books to be exchanged. If we look at an average of 4 books per air way bill we are looking at a USD 400-450 MN dollar opportunity.

At what stage is the idea / business at the moment?

We are in the process of scaling up our business. Platform along with the mobile app is ready.
