An Investor for a Tourist Hotel close to a World Heritage site. Claimed

I need an investor to start a hotel in Mihintale, Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka. Mihintale is a world famous world heritage site situated in Anuradhapura, one of the ancient capitals in Sri Lanka. I personally own a 60 perch land with a small building, ideally located by the main road from Anutadhapura to Trincomalee. My plan is to build a good hotel with, initially about 25-30 rooms and start the business at this highly demanded location. My aim is to make the visitors enjoy the beauty of Anuradhapura, and be comfortable at a point where they can chose to proceed to any direction in the island. If I meet the interested person, I am here with the comprehensive plan to be discussed any time, to come to conclusions.

25-30 Air Conditioned classy rooms. My plan is to build a room which can be sold at 5,000 to 7,000 LKR a-night with breakfast. A conference/meeting hall. To be rented for functions such as weddings and meetings, seminars, workshops etc. (A national university is just 500 m away from the location.) We plan to provide all three meals including take away facility for customers.

A wish to meet a partner to invest the amount to build the hotel. I plan to share the profit at 70 % for the investor and 30% for me for an agreed period of time. Other particulars can further be discussed.
