AMUSEMENT PARK Claimed

The project will address the need for children play area since developers have put up apartments with no regard to children play space which is very key in their growth Children will access the amusement park by paying . My project is innovative and with promising returns. It is a pioneering project, a one of a kind Most children have to be driven to far places by their parents in order to access such . Most of which are located at alcohol drinking places making them not children friendly

I do believe it will generate good returns since the targeted over 10000 plus children have to make do with limited space meant for parking vehicle Parents have to drive them far places to access such recreational facilities Children will be charged entry fee of 6 dollars per child Estimated number not less than 40 children per day The project will bring returns upon its launch

This particular one is on paper, I have the financial plan showing how investment will be used and the Cash flow projections My contribution is the piece of property upon which the amusement park will be constructed Besides this idea, I have founded a school within the same community, ( Facebook: Kilele School) My teaching experience, PR and administrative skills in dealing with children are skills which I will also bring on board I am looking for an investor/ partner With this capital, it will take me 2months to construct the facility and launch it on the thirds month
