Accommodation for all, sub contractors at Lucara Mine in Botswana, I already have letters of interest and intent, providing residents with units, security, convenient store etc..

The Companies will pay rentals directly instead of dealing with individuals, Min 2 years contracts will be signed.

At what stage is the idea / business at the moment?

I have land already, I have drawings, I have connections with the local authorities including the Minister so no challenges expected.
