Evolution of Service Marketplace

Detroit, United States

What is your idea / business and to whom is it addressed?

My Business is called Handy Banjo, Inc. Handy Banjo is a Centralized Labor Marketplace focused on creating a community through meaningful connections, trustworthy providers, and all of the resources necessary for getting any job done correctly, at a fair price. Developing this community starts with the Marketplace. Register as a customer and seek help for any of your manual labor needs. Register as a provider, and interact with your customers on a peer to peer basis. Mission: Our goal is to connect a globalized manual labor workforce Vision: To Become the absolute standard for service excellence. The Problem- Disorganized and Fragmented Labor Marketplace. Project management issues and lack of reliable workforce. Our Solution- Handy Banjo strives to excel in the On-Demand Manual Labor business by offering the world a centralized labor marketplace of professional and skilled laborers on demand with the right tools to getting their projects done at affordable rates The core or the main solution our company is going to be solving is project management and workforce solution for construction companies that have portfolio of work they can?t handle, or they need help handling. Handy Banjo provide them a total solution by leveraging our platform to source vetted and reliable workforce and our construction background expertise to project manager their portfolio. We manager our pros. They get the job done. Any company struggling with project management and workforce, they will come to us and they will be our ideal customers. This way. We?ll be able to leverage our platform (aka the technology we?ve built) and our construction expertise to get them taken cared off The only services will be offering on our platform is STRICTLY manual labor services- meaning services that REQUIRES a person to be there in order to perform the task. From Handymen to Aircraft Mechanics to Boilermakers Absolutely no FREELANCERS or jobs that are done remotely. Our Advantage/Handy Banjo DIFFERENCE- The only services will be offering on our platform is STRICTLY manual labor services- meaning services that REQUIRES a person to be there in order to perform the task. From Cleaners to Handymen to Aircraft Mechanics to Boilermakers Absolutely no FREELANCERS or jobs that are done remotely. No other platform or company is known to offers a NICHE of MANUAL LABOR SERVICES ONLY The goal for our brands name is to become synonymous with manual labor It is our true niche and what better backbone to have in manual labor than CONSTRUCTION. The world is splitting up - one is going toward virtual reality/world and the other manual labor but there?s going to be a higher demand for manual labor. We just want to be the brand known for all things manual labor. Our ADVANTAGE IS WE ARE BRINGING TOGETHER 3 COMPLIMENTARY BUSINESS MODELS - HANDY BANJO IS NOT JUST A MARKETPLACE- IT IS AN ECOSYSTEM THAT DEALS WITH ALL THINGS MANUAL LABOR Platform experience is completely different from construction experience, and from shopping experience. However, construction experience is going to leverage platform We are not going to leverage all the services in the platform like Aircraft mechanics or even food delivery service like the platform is going to offer. But for the services that are in the construction industry that?s already been offered on our platform. Another use for them will be to leverage them for the division of our company that?s strictly construction. Now, ?Handy Banjo Shop? compliments the brand in what we can sell. NICHE IS SMART TOOL. TOOLS THAT MAKE PEOPLE GO WOW; IT LOOKS ADVANCE Example- SHOVEL the have 8 functionality or LADDERS that can turn into 7 different uses Further Example of our shop is Just like a person/business that educate on men?s fashion and grooming has a clothing line. Or a bodybuilder that has a self-branding store that sells supplements and cloths. It the same thing. Our brand will strictly sell tools, eventually all types based on the services we offer on our platform WHY US We plan to be a global brand- our solution is a global solution- STARTS simultaneously expand here starting in the US and in AFRICA Barrier of entry to developing nation is a lot easier for us since we (primary owner is from Nigeria) have access- family/men on ground established in Africa. We are the EVOLUTION of Service Marketplace. We are an ecosystem Marketplaces that only connect people and do not offer anything else are becoming obsolete- There?s been an evolution for marketplaces, but key is to make your marketplace an ECOSYSTEM. Wielding people with more resources than just CONNECTING them is the defining difference that is going to shape the development of our platform. WE CURRENTLY HAVE NO COMPETITION- CHECK OUT OUR WEBSITE- www.handybanjo.com
