What is your idea / business and to whom is it addressed?
Custom tailored suits made in Asia sold to the world for 499 USD+ . People that like suits.
How should the idea/business earn money?
Sell suits ! :)
At what stage is the idea / business at the moment?
Been doing it for 11 years, but might be time to take it to another level. Has always been a "hobby" that worked well and made some cash the moments that focused on it. Some years more than others.
What do you need?
Dear interested parties, 200.000 - 1.000.000 USD depending on how many brick and mortar shops you want to open. I don't have an issue sharing 40-45% or more of the profits that we create. When it gets bigger you can even take it over, if interested. 7 ways of distribution ( probably more) : 1. Simple App that saves time 2. Service people that visit customers 3. Shop 4. Online 5. Stand on the streets and give out namecards and discount flyers. 6. In magazines and media 7. Network of shops in the same industy ( like alteration tailor shops etc) ( give them % of the revenue if you let them put flyers etc into their shops I have a way where people can dive into the experience and take their measurements themselves, otherwise you'd take a local tailor, or the service people that visit customers. If the suit doesn't fit ( around 10% of the time), then it's smaller amendments like too long sleeves or too long pants. In this case you use tailor shops near you where you can either get the suit amended, or you have the choice of returning the suit to us and we get a new one made , being able to see at the returned suit what went wrong. There is similar companies valued at almost half a billion USD . Similar concept, but I was one of the first who started in 2009 in Kao San Road :) Ideally I'm looking for someone with knowledge and connections in the fashion industry, but it's not essential, because I've been doing it for 11 years. People that like fashion. Hopefully someone that is willing to be a bit involved and advise. I will make most of the decision and the work, but it's good to have someone who can advise and direct a bit. Nice to meet you all. Thank you Patrick
